The first hour will be spent in fellowship with food\, games\, activities\, music\, and advocacy opportunities for kids of all ages. At 6:30 pm the Reverend Dr. Jennifer Copeland\, executive director of the NCCC\, will lead the community in prayer in solidarity with vigils to take place in Washington D.C. and across the country the evening before the Pope will address the U.S. Congress. Church of the Nativity will join other faith communities around the nation to host an ecumenical prayer vigil service on the eve of Pope Francis’ address.
