Join the Poor People’s Campaign for a Moral March on Raleigh! Participants will be marching to lift up the issues of poor and low wealth people\, centering their demands and mobilizing them to the polls. DESCRIPTION:In recognition of our legacy and deep commitment to faith communities in our region\, in response to the critical need to respond to the overdose crisis\, and in keeping with our presidential mandate to “lead with purpose\,” join us for a conference that will help empower faith leaders to mobilize their communities to prevent harmful substance use and prevent overdose in their communities. The conference will focus on practical\, faith-driven responses and will be a launching point for a regional interfaith network of leaders working to address this public health crisis.\n\nThe North Carolina Council of Churches is a co-sponsor of this event.\n\nRegister here.
