Our hope is that our Partners in Health and Wholeness congregations who have made the Collaborative Pledge will view health not just as a separate activity or to-do list item, but as a part of living out their faith. Our hope is that this clergy pledge will serve as a reminder for all clergy people to lead and/or support the integration of health into the worshipping life of your faith community. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT THE COLLABORATIVE PLEDGE. A PHW Collaborative Pledge form submission is required to be eligible for a PHW grant.
