Ride Sharing to Critical Issues Seminar

September 28, 2010 by David LaMotte, Consultant for Peace

People  of faith from across the state will be traveling to the NCCC Critical Issues Seminar in Greensboro on Thursday, October 14.  The topic for this year’s seminar will be “Loving God’s Creation: Fully Integrating Creation Care with the Church’s Mission and Ministry,” and we are mindful of the environmental significance of travel to the seminar.  With that in mind, we heartily suggest that attenders travel together, share costs and thereby cut carbon emissions.

Please use the comments section below this post to let others know where you are traveling from and whether you would be able to transport other passengers, need a ride, or could do either. Rather than trying to coordinate all rides through the office here, we will use this space to allow others to coordinate with each other directly.

We look forward to seeing you in Greensboro!

I’m seeking a ride to the event from the Triangle, but will not need a ride back. I live in Apex, but could meet a ride elsewhere. Thanks!
