The North Carolina Farmworker Institute is an annual gathering of agencies, organizations, and activists dedicated to improving the lives of farmworkers and their families. Institute participants share skills, knowledge, and resources through presentations, workshops, and networking opportunities. Our goal is to provide a venue for information sharing and promote collaboration among those who are serving and advocating for and with North Carolina farmworkers and their families.

This year’s theme is Technology, Equity, and Health. Participants will have the opportunity to visit workshop presentations addressing issues such as broadband infrastructure expansion, farmworker access to healthcare, digital access and education, and technology as a tool for advocacy and organizing.
