2011 Western NC Come to the Table Conference

Friday, March 11 – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm – Black Mountain, NC
Saturday, March 12, 9:00 am – 4:00 pm – Various Locations

Join us for the Western North Carolina Come to the Table Conference: Communities of Faith Relieving Hunger and Supporting Local Farms.

The two-day event will include workshops, networking opportunities, and a local lunch on Friday, Mar. 11th, and a breakfast snack and tours of local food ministries and projects on Saturday, Mar. 12th.

Friday’s events will be hosted by First Baptist Church in Black Mountain, N.C.

Registration is $10, or $5 for Saturday only. All are welcome, and free registration is available for those who would otherwise be unable to attend.

Display space is available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis to farms, faith communities, and nonprofits. Reserve a display table.

El evento de dos días incluirá talleres, oportunidades para hacer contactos, almuerzo el viernes 11 de marzo, desayuno y un recorrido por los ministerios y proyectos de alimentación locales el sábado 19 de febrero.

Los eventos del viernes serán ofrecidos por la Primera Iglesia Bautista (First Baptist Church) en Black Mountain, C.N. La inscripción tiene un valor de $10 ó $5 por el sábado únicamente. Hay ayuda disponible.
