We Accomplished Another Victory!

October 3, 2011 by Joy Williams, Former PHW Regional Coordinator

PHW had our second joint training with YES! On September 17th at Mt. Zion AME Zion Church in Eastover.  We had different denominations, adults, and youth, who were gathered together to learn, discuss, and talk about health, health advocacy, and our faith! What a blessing it was for everyone. To top it off, we had a delicious catered lunch from Jason’s Deli, a restaurant which promotes local organic foods.  If you missed our training, keep posted to our website to find out more details and be sure to tell your friends.

Here are what busy people like you said about this event:

“I am very glad I went, and did enjoy myself, as well as learn something too.  Thank you for tackling this neck of the woods.”

“Most informative meeting. Be blessed.”

“Everything was great Joy.”

About Joy Williams, Former PHW Regional Coordinator

I am passionate about health and faith. Children, families, and elders have my deepest love and concern, and I've cultivated a heart for dance, plants, cooking, water, chilling with great friends, and talking about the matters of the heart. I love the Lord and seek to bring myself and others closer to The King Most High.
