Health Care from the Pulpit Kicks Off Oct. 25-27

October 21, 2013 by Lauren Chesson, Former MSW Intern

This weekend, October 25 – 27, is National Faith Weekend of Action for Get Covered America, and it kicks off the new Health Care from the Pulpit program. The effort is designed to engage the faith community in education and outreach around the Affordable Care Act.

Churches and faith organizations which are interested in educating and enrolling their congregations and surrounding communities can use the resources and contact information provided to plan a Health Care from the Pulpit program of their own.

Additional resources are available by contacting  Aaron White, Regional Organizing Lead, Enroll America, at awhite@enrollamerica.org, 919-972-1885.
