BAD FAITH Screening in Greensboro

November 17 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Join us for a powerful screening of BAD FAITH, a documentary that exposes the rise of Christian Nationalism and its dangerous influence on American politics. Discover how these leaders have manipulated religious beliefs to turn political issues into battles between good and evil, threatening the very foundation of our democracy and our faith. Learn about the secretive Council for National Policy and the grassroots coalition of secular and interfaith leaders standing up against this unholy alliance.

Following the screening, there will be a post-film discussion with Rev. Dr. Jennifer Copeland, Executive Director of the North Carolina Council of Churches, and Rev. Michael Dickson, Pastor of First Lutheran Church. Joining them will be Nancy MacLean. MacLean is the acclaimed author of Democracy in Chains, which was recently updated with a new preface. Her work has resonated deeply with a wide range of audiences, including unions, community organizers, civil rights and women’s groups, pro-public education advocates, environmentalists, and more.
