Faith and Health Connection: Healthy Swaps

Join us in partnership with Jordan Jefferies-James, Family & Consumer Sciences Agent Rockingham County Center N.C. Cooperative Extension, as we talk about healthy eating in the context of faith communities’ role in supporting habits that reflect the wholeness of the body. In this session, participants will learn new ways to improve their nutritional habits by swapping healthy alternatives to the foods that are commonly eaten daily. Participants will also learn ways to add some extra nutritional value to their daily meals and snacks.
