The Local Food Feast is always one of the highlights of Carolina Farm Stewardship Association’s Sustainable Agriculture Conference. Keynote speaker Paul Holmbeck coordinated the successful European campaign for a total ban on GMOs and played a central role in Denmark’s new goal of 60% organic food in all public sector meals.
