Loving Our Neighbor: Embodying Sanctuary Conference

Duke Divinity School is sponsoring a conference to practically equip religious leaders and places of worship in the ministry of providing sanctuary to immigrants and vulnerable populations.

Loving Our Neighbor: Embodying Sanctuary will explore how sanctuary is grounded in faith convictions, the history of the Sanctuary Movement, implementation for today, and potential legal implications in the state of North Carolina. Break-out sessions will encourage participants to network with others and emerge with concrete action plans.
