Sacred Conversations: Connecting Faith and Health to Nourish Lives and Empower Communities

Join us for a Sacred Conversations as we host Kim Eshleman of Faithful Families. 

Faithful Families believes that communities of faith are important health advocates, particularly in communities affected by health disparities or lacking access to crucial resources. That’s why we are here to empower faith communities as they become changemakers in helping their communities thrive – physically, mentally, and spiritually. Faithful Families Thriving Communities (Faithful Families) works directly in communities of faith across the country to promote health for individuals, families, and local communities.

We will share more about our program’s efforts to engage and support communities of faith as they imagine and work toward their goals for healthy congregations and communities, what we have learned from faith communities making changes to support health, and dream together about how faith-health partnerships can grow to meet the needs of communities across our state.
