Holy Breaths: Our Health Tips in Response to COVID-19

April 6, 2020 by Lindsay Barth, Event Coordinator & PHW Communications Associate

This “new normal” of social distancing has been weighing on our minds, hearts, and souls. We are living through a challenging time constantly consumed by distressing news updates. Many face this crisis with so few choices, forced to live in fear of “what if.”  Our hearts yearn for the moment when we can finally embrace our loved ones, our neighbors, and our communities once again. But even in this time of crisis, we are surrounded by communities finding unique, virtual ways to stay active, connected, and together.

The Partners in Health and Wholeness (PHW) team has put together a video series designed to share practices of self-care and mindfulness. We continue in this journey together; you are not alone. May this bring you hope, strength, and peace.
