Thank you to those who have registered for the 2017 Legislative Seminar. We are looking forward to having you join us this Monday, March 27, at St. Mark’s United Methodist Church (4801 Six Forks Road, Raleigh). In an effort to get everyone checked-in as efficiently as possible, we have a few suggestions:
Check-in begins at 8:30 a.m. with a light breakfast provided by Partners in Health and Wholeness.
Opening worship will begin at 9:15 a.m.
Directions:
- From I-440 heading north on Six Forks Road turn left onto Northbrook Drive just before you reach St. Mark’s.
- Take the first right onto Terry Street. This will take you to the back of the church and the parking lot will be on your right. Elevator access is available at the front of the church building and those who need to use it should park in front.
- Additional parking is available in the back lot and off Terry Street just past the church on your right.
- If these lots are full, overflow parking will be available at the back of Trinity Baptist Church’s parking lot at the end of Terry Street.
Lunch will be provided by the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle. For those who have requested vegan and/or gluten-free meals there will be salad. For our vegetarian friends, in addition to the option for salad there will also be egg salad sandwiches and pimento cheese sandwiches. Lunch options for omnivores will also include turkey sandwich and ham sandwiches.
We are at capacity for several workshops. If you have any questions about which workshops you registered for, we can provide you with that information when you check-in.
Thank you for spending your Monday with us. These are busy times, and we appreciate that you have chosen to share this opportunity to be faithful advocates for a more justice and compassionate North Carolina.
